Maria Holmqvist is an international facilitator and Results-Based Management specialist with more than two decades of consulting experience in international development cooperation.

Her work encompasses strategic planning, participatory project design, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational development across a wide range of institutional and cultural contexts.
